Yes.
There is a total of 3 spheres per ball, inner to outer layers:
*Base material (metallic paint)
*Small as possible offset (for a sphere, a simple scale did the trick) for the glitter material
*A slightly larger offset for the clearcoat (glass material)

This is great. You could also try and use a label to get the coating effect.

A final variation. Here I turned the base spheres into point lights.
The outer spheres are thin film.
