New Toons and tips

Thanks for all the kind comments, guys and gals!  Much appreciated.  Yes, Toon as an art form will have legs for many of us, and I've created some stunning prints, but am still testing.  Toon prints are highly impacted by the media, such as Natural vs. Bright White.

I also tested some sepia toning, but noticed that you tend to lose luminosity as you move away from white as the base color.  But applying a very subtle Warming Filter in Photoshop (masked or applied to the entire image) will do a beautiful job, retain luminosity and not lose the form in shadows.

One important tip:  Render LARGE, then resize down to suit.  If you render small there can be pixel blocks at line/edge intersections depending on the geometry.  That was the problem with the radiator fins- small gave a lot of black blocks, while large was crisp and clean.
