problem opening keyshot

I bought keyshot about 6 months ago and it was working fine when we bought it. Yesterday, I tried to open up keyshot. When I clicked on the keyshot icon on the desktop, keyshot opened for less than a second. The keyshot icon then showed on the task bar. I tried to open the program again from the task bar but could not. I then tried to close keyshot in the taskbar and was asked if I wanted to save my changes. I clicked no and the program closed in the task bar. It seems as though keyshot was opening but only in the task bar. What is wrong and how can it be fixed? This is not occurring with any other programs on my computer.

This has happened to me on earlier versions of KS4 & Windows. A quick fix is to hover your cursor over the KS icon in your taskbar, when the thumbnail shows up, right click on the thumbnail and choose "Maximize". This shouldn't happen on the latest version though. Try going to Help>Check for updates..., when you have a moment.
