Activate KS4

We have a maintenance contract with Savaco and I want ... no I need KS on my new workstation asap.  I made request files with the license key I used to have (keyshottesting) .. which turns out to be wrong .. either way Brandon told me to ask my personal license key at Savaco.  They gave me one which "unlocks" the Demo .. Turns out I can't save with that, can't render and can't use the Q.  Savaco gave me a license key but using that one, I don't get the "save request file" button to become active.  So now they asked me to send them my MAC address, which I did yesterday.
We've got important trade fair period coming up so I need to get rendering soon ..
Gonna give Savaco a call now to see what's up.
I know these type of things take time (also with the time difference), but I hope this gets sorted quickly.

Thnx guys .. all I had to do is have IT dig up the old WS again to fire it up and deactivate KS on that one.
