Preview annimations crash 90% of the time Help please

Can anyone tell me how to prevent my preview annimations from crashing most of the time? I am using keyshot 4.1.

Can you upgrade to KeyShot 4.2 and see whether this is still a problem?

And you are on Windows, correct?

yes windows 7 - 32 GB - 64-bit - 3.47GHz 2 processors. I have plenty of power. the file im working on is 3 gig. but it happens on all size files.  I found out that we wont upgrade for a few weeks. I think that there is something different i can do with this 4.1 version. It should be more stable than this, I would think.

OK FYI, Since hyperthreading has been turned on, this issue of crashing has stopped.
