Custom Work Build : 1x xéon E5-2680 2.7GHz (intel dx79to) 86

I installed a new processor in my workstation tonight.
I replaced a 3820 core i5 by E5-2680 Xeon. 

xéon E5-2680  168.5 fps   one processor only...
core i7 3820      50   fps


my work station:

intel dx79 to
xéon E5-2680
16 giga ddr3 1600
quadro 6000
ssd intel 120 giga, ssd ocz 32 giga (.bip  keyshot).
spacepilot
hp 27" 1440/2560

I get roughly the same score with a dual E5-2680.
So, most probably 2 CPUs in there...

I do not understand, I got this score with a single processor, no cheating. the screenshot proves that it's real, I repeated the test several times.
since I changed my graphics card (no relation normally), I redid the test and then 86 ...

No influence at all. Only CPU.
