Just a Pencil and supplies

As the subject states. Its just a everyday pencil and some supplies.

I could not get the tip of the pencil looking right. I was going for a realism look. Im going to mess with it some more, but i really wanted to share this so far.

I want to work with you on this over the weekend. I want to see you push this more.
It might be only a pencil and supplies but lets make this the best pencil and supplies people will see.

OK kiddo,
Here is a little something I put together for you to see how I would go about rendering something like this. I have placed the KSP in your dropbox. Look it over.
Now I want to see your new version.
First pick an angle that is interesting.
Then work out your lighting.
Once lighting is done tweak materials for that lighting.
Then for the final part, add a IES light or two for that added pop.
Render, do some post work and bam ! your done.
