Hi all -
I wanted to post here to see if there was any advice or recommendations on the best approach to what I am trying to do. I need to render a photorealistic version of a Moet champagne bottle; I've built my 3D structure in Solidworks and I have a photograph of the bottle itself - with all of the graphics which essentially gives me 1/2 of the bottle artwork.
I was thinking that I would apply this as a wrap to achieve what I'm after but have gotten, thus far, sub-optimal results. Any suggestions on the best way to go about getting what I am after?
Can it even be done the way I am suggesting?

Hey Idichiara,

For the most realistic and believable image, set up your model and scene as if it were the real thing. Create the label surfaces in 3D and each of the 2d graphics individually. Use cylindrical mapping to map the labels to the surfaces you have modeled. Take a look at the following video for information on texture mapping: http://youtu.be/WJnpKuJs6tw
