Nice model, Iv seen it pop up a few times now. Did you model it or purchase it? If purchased, where from? id love a spin of this model!

Nice render, but you need much more shadow under the car.

i don't think more shadows,
watch the shadow of the stake. there are almost none. for the car is the same

Yea, but I mean ambient occlusion style shadow. You deffo need some more shadow under the car - it just won't 'sprawl' out onto the road/cobbles much as the lighting is pretty bright and even and generally coming from directly above.

Nice work though, i just think you could push it slightly more.

Thanks for the link, not sure I can justify $150 though  :(

i understand,

but i reality the sky is cloudy, there is no sun (i add the sun in photoshop)
that's why I did not add hard shadows :)

hello,

i retouched my image,
shadows, grain, post-prod....

what do you think of integration in backplate ? have you notice ?

The car is beautifully rendered. I love the setting and composition, but I think the contrast and graininess in the backplate is working against the crisp lines and soft shadows of the car. The perspective is slightly off, pushing out toward the back. I'd remove that black pole behind the driver side front fender.

Hi Josh !

thank for you message ;)

i adjut the grain and light/contrast in the car, but it's difficult !
I also changed the reflection in the front fender

what do you think ?

To me, the last image is beautiful, but too "burned out", or bright, and the heavy graining (noise) of the backplate is disturbing.  It looks as if the car was rendered and then stripped into the backplate, as the noise is not reflected on the beautiful paint job.

I would suggest removing the backplate noise (if you can), darken it a bit with careful levels, and then adjust your HDR to relate.  After rendering, you can then add in some noise- I usually use only about 2-5% max.

It's a beautiful concept, and we all are pushing you on this, as it's well worth it!
