Keyshot 5, Importing Alias Files a Problem

Just installed Keyshot 5 yesterday. When I import an .igs or .stp file from Alias, the materials come in grouped differently than intended in my original exported file. I can "unlink material", but that takes forever.
Thanks.

Don't use IGES, nor STEP. Use the direct importer for Wire files.

I tried that and it worked great. Been using Keyshot for years and never knew. Assigning shaders in Alias to each different material rather than separating them by layers also works.
Thanks - Scott

Glad to hear it worked. We did spend a lot of time working on the ALIAS importer to make sure it works well.
