How many polygons can support Keyshot?

Hello,
I'm new in the forum and Keyshot, I have Keyshot for Zbrush since it released.
I tryed some old projects and when I click on BPR to render in Keyshot, it take a lot of time and for some projects, Keyshot freeze and nothing happened, also I can move the cursor mouse but I can't click on anything, Keyshot freeze my computer. The only way is to hard reboot with the computer button.
Am I missing something to configure? Why Keyshot doesn't crash or send me a advertissement message if it can't open the tool?

I'm on Windows 7 Pro 64bits, my PC has an Intel Core i7 CPU 960 @ 3.20GHz 3.19GHz with 12Go RAM, GeForce GTX 570 with graphics memory 4095Mo.

From your description it's hard to know if you ever Keyshot ever loads or if everything starts to hang before it's finished with loading from zBrush.

If your files has fibers more polygons than expected might be generated.

Start Task Manager and go to Performance tab before starting the transfer.
Keep you eyes on memory, if it uses all memory then Virtual Memory (disk) will be used and it it might take forever to load.

If so, you at least know why it takes a long time.
