If I have a solid colored background background with a specific RGB and render that out with EXR. The color becomes slighty brighter. Is this a bug. Limitations of the file format or what? :) Does not happen with PNG for example.
I also found another bug or probably a limitation of EXR. IF you use transparancy. It will get very jagged edges. impossible to change background color in post for example. But if I use transparent PNG, it is really smooth edges.
This should be written in a info square, when you select format. So people learn/know of these limitations :)
I can't reproduce the jagginess with transparency.
Can you show an example?

For sure, no problem.
In premiere it looks like this. With EXR, vs PNG. just as a quick comparison.
Just ontop of a colored background.
Can you share the original files? EXR and PNG renderings and Premiere project.
