Title: 3d Models
Post by: HaroldL on September 28, 2015, 03:15:15 PM
I have been all over the web searching for 3d models of a 1967 Chevrolet Bel Air 2dr sedan and a 1977 Monte Carlo with no luck at all. If anyone has an idea where I might find one please let me know.

Thanks

Been there, done that. Thank you  for the links though.
I did find a '67 hardtop but I need a sedan. One of the problems I run into is that when I search for a 1967 Chevy the results are for a 1957 Chevy. Granted the '57 is a classic but, come on, there was a '67 too.

Next step may be to have one modeled, I'll have to check on that.

I have been meaning to reply to this, but for the life of me I can't remember the modellers name. He used to post on cg-cars.com once upon a time and he was creating a city scene with all old cars from the late 60's to mid 70's. He has done a good few vehicles and wouldn't be surprised if he has already modelled the ones you want. Also look up Dave Cox he has also modelled a number of modern classic vehicles, he might even know who i am referring to.

You can find Dave Cox at http://blog.dav3design.co.uk/contact/ i have not seen him post anywhere for a while but i know he is still active. Here's his last show reel that i know of ... https://vimeo.com/17296489

All the best in your quest Harold. I will keep looking for the other guy for you too, but it might be quicker for you to find him
