Print Page - Keyshot 6 crashes when assigning materials

I just downloaded Keyshot 6 yesterday and got a chance to try it out today. Keyshot crashes every time I try to click and drag any material to a surface. Any idea of what could be going on?

Platform / OS: Windows 7 64 Bit
KeyShot version: Keyshot 6
Modeling system, including version: Solidworks 2014
Steps to take to reproduce the problem: Open a part-try to click and drag any material to any surface---Crash

Hi,

Same way for me,

Platform / OS : W7 64 Bits
KS : V6
Modeling system : Creo 2 & 3
Same crash when I realize a material drag&drop

Computers + drag&drop :
DELL M6600 : KS6 works
DELL M6800 : KS6 crash

The question is : Which Windows parameter we have to change in order to correct this problem?

...hi dudes, had the same issue with my trial version.... uninstalled DELL BACKUP AND RECOVERY software and stuff worked perfectly... cheers

I have uninstalled DELL RECOVERY AND BACKUP and the assigning works now !!
