Dear all,
my problem are, that after i create a VR the HTML file doesn't load the frames, the keyshot icon turning on the left website but i cant see the picts, looks like they are broken. However all the frames are inside the correct folder and all working nice when i open them as a single pict. the very special thing are some VR object working very fine with exact the same settings and some i cannot get them loaded.

Need more information about what you are using to view it, what browser, version, have you tried with alternate browsers, etc.
Also, is your assets residing on a network share? I've had once or twice where I had to copy the assets to a local drive because of some weird naming convention in the network drive name.
