Title: Problems of loading texture from Windows to Mac

Hello every body...i have an exam next 16 April 2018 in CG Design. I use Keyshot Render for my design works and i have a problem.
At school, we work on Windows 10 and at home after a problem on my Windows OS System, i have to work on my Imac.
When i try to open the same file, i lose the texture on OS X.
Tehre is no loading of this last one.

Is some one can share a knowledge about this problem ? If you have got an answer, that's will be cool.

on the PC, go to File then click "Save Package", this will save all of the assets (textures, lights, decals, etc...) that are in that Keyshot scene. Then on the Mac open the packaged file (.ksp) and point it to a folder to save all of the assets into. Should work, we do this all of the time.
