Is Catia R21 being supported,

Because I am getting the error seen below

I can open files created up to version 18 I upgraded to R21 and now i cant open the files in keyshot

the sample file is a simple one... that i tested

one thing i can tell you is that if i export the catpart (v5r21) to a stp file it imports fine to keyshot
but native catpart will not.
