Title: Help me to set correct settings

can someone here advice me how to set environment, background and materials to obtain results as seen in picture.

I am quite novice.

Since we don't know what your particular needs are, or what product you are lighting, it would serve you well to head over to Keyshot's youtube channel where they have lots of quick tips and webinars on three point lighting, setting environments and HDRI's and everything you need to get started. Getting a basic understanding of how that all works will aid you greatly in your work.

That looks a lot like one of the Light Tent environments.

Look at the reflection in the metal cap:
- black right behind the camera and in front of the product
- two white panels to the left and right of the product
- one slightly gray panel above the product.

Use a ground plane and play with the specular color for reflectivity.
