Title: Zorki 4
Post by: lakistrike on March 27, 2019, 04:54:25 PM
Never saw this camera before, or even heard about Zorki in general. It was on my dad's shelf when I saw it. He bought it on a flea market (that's as close as Google Translate gets it I guess) specifically for that shelf   :) Anyway I thought it would be a fun yet simple thing to model.

Really nice work mate - clean too. Especially the DOF shot.

Ha, cool. I used to have one, back before I ended up buying Leica bodies. The lens was all seized up, so in the end it became an ornamental piece.
Nice job on the modeling, although I doubt you'll ever find one in mint condition like that ;)

Yeah. Mine is all filled with dust in the crevices and all, but I just didn't have the patience to continue to do that imperfect texturing so I just left it like this. I need to work on my patience though...

Good job!
Some time ago I also made a model and render of my old camera Zorki-S: https://www.keyshot.com/forum/index.php?topic=21472.msg91480#msg91480 (https://www.keyshot.com/forum/index.php?topic=21472.msg91480#msg91480)
