Title: Metallic Fabric
Post by: CodyBrown on November 18, 2019, 12:06:17 PM
I'm trying to figure out the best way to create this fabric in KeyShot. it is a white fabric with an almost metallic flake in it. when viewed dead on the flake looks almost black/ dark gray and when its in the light its a bright metallic silver (see picture). i tried toying with specular settings and trying to overlay the metallic as scratches but just seem to be fighting it. maybe someone else has a way better idea that im just overlooking?

KeyShot 9 with RealCloth and a metal as a layer on top. Isn't as tricky as it might seem to be.l
