Title: Insert geometry (plane) and scaling it - not enough control with the mouse.
Post by: jhiker on April 25, 2020, 02:10:46 AM
This has been a problem for as long as I can remember...
If I insert geometry (say a plane) from the drop-down menu and attempt to scale it with the yellow blocks on the 'gyro tool' I just cannot move my mouse in small enough increments to be able to control the scaling.
One second the geometry is miniscule - next second it is massive. I just cannot control it properly.

Surely there must me a better way of incrementing the scaling with an up/down arrows dialogue or something.

I can't believe I'm the only one that has this problem, do others have a work-around?

The mouse sensitivity is indeed insane. You can use up/down arrows or type in specific numbers to scale it, in the "Position" section of the Scene tab.
