We have a combination of Surface & Solid Fillet welds that have a bit of
trouble importing to Keyshot with the plug in. Do we need to massage any
hidden radio buttons to include these puppies while using the Creo to Keyshot
plug in?

I don't get the problem.

You exported the assembly with weld features via the KeyShot-(Creo)Plugin as a bip file and imported this into KeyShot. Are the caps of the welds missing? Are only the surface or only the solid weld bodies noticeable in KeyShot?
May a step file work better?
