Hello,

Keyshot crashes after launching the preview.

see my demo.

On the demo, you can not see the wheel turn multicolored MAC, indicating a blockage.

Version 3.0.90

I just tried this and it worked fine. Where are you saving the preview frames?

We will look into it. I noticed the bug that it actually doesn't save to the desktop. Could it be a permissions issue that it can't write the movie file for some reason?

FWIW, I have the same problem running 3.3.15... I don't output to the desktop though, dedicated folders...

Did you check your write permissions?
