Hi all, I met an error on botaining license from license server, hope some expert can help to cover this issue.
We had a license server in our intranet, but I could not obtain the license from this server, even if I can ping this server successfully. I installed 4 sets on different pc, two of them can not startup properly, others can startup successfully, someone could suggest witch option or action should I to verify or configure? Which port of the license server were used for Keyshot application?
