We are looking into this. Are you using an external monitor?

Does this also happen when you Toggle Pause (Shift + P)?  If so, you will want to install the latest OpenGL version and/or install the latest graphics card driver for your computer.  As stated in the requirements, Keyshot supports OpenGL 2.x and up.

This problem has started after the update for Keyshot 3.2 (from 3.1).
We use Nvidia cards with Windows XP 64bit. (same problem at home and in the office)

No fix for this yet ?  Got the same problem.  It also shows on the "Pause" message that comes on when you pauze the program.

Can you uncheck the graphics effects option in preferences (under advanced) and see if that helps?
