Problem with the lights

Hello everybody)
I have little issue with light - smth weird is going on when i add the light planes in scene (paralel shapes on material)
I have model with cloudy plastic and w/ hdri it works good.
My light is simple planes with area light material.
material graph of plastic don't have any textures with that paralel lines, so i that problem is with the lighting planes or with the measures...
I will be glad to any help or advice

I have a solution -  my model was not tesselated enough
