Problem with Keyshot 7 plugin for 3ds Max

Hello,

I'm having problems using the plugin for 3ds max. As you can see in the images attached I'm getting those weird shadows in keyshot once I export the scene from 3ds max. The last image is the same scene but instead of using the plugin I just exported the scene in fbx, and it's working fine so I don't think there's a problem with the geometry (also it's a very simple geometry).

What do you think could be the problem?

It seems more people are having the same issue... I just read it in the forum but no one answered.

Use the edit geometry tool on that part and recalculate the normals. Works all the time for me when Importing fields from Cinema 4d. Wish there was an automatic way of doing that, I do it a lot.
