Support Portal - didn't receive registration mail

I tried to register on the new support portal but i never got a registration mail with the password.
I then tried to reset the password but i never got the reset mail too...

In the support portal it says e-mail adress already taken.....

Hello Mario.

I had the same problem. Finally solved it by trying to log in and used "forgot password" to set a new one.
Works for now.
