first here my benchmarks of my system, an HP Z2 with 32 GB and this inside:

I know that my System is not really Highend. But what's wrong with my system?
I asked because I see some similar GPU settings that hits the score of 100.

But my Benchmark shows me a score round about 33.
My Card is a PNY RTX 4000 with (only) 8GB

Your GPU score is quite normal, as Quadro RTX 4000.
I have a Quadro RTX 4000, and GPU score is around 33:

GeForce RTX 3090 is much faster than Quadro RTX 4000...almost same as Quadro RTX A6000:

Oh man, then I misunderstood the naming when I bought the new graphic card. 
I thought RTX 4000 was the follower (=better) of RTX 3090 etc.... 
Quite tricky if you are not an IT expert.
