File Structure in the Cloud

I was looking through the materials in the Cloud and came across several duplicates, at least the names were the same. I also saw materials that had no texture or bump map applied to the material ball even though the name called out the texture.

So -- Who keeps the Cloud organized or are materials just put in there ithout any file management?
