Release cycles, and upgrading prices for Zbrush Keyshot version

Hello.

Im very close to purchasing Keyshot for Zbrush which from my understanding has the additional ability to render at unlimited resolutions, plus is a very good price. 

Now iv been playing with the demo, and I like what I see, but really would like to see more map slots to control SSS materials, and alike. and of course any additional features Keyshot 6 may have. 

I already have a good renderer which is Modo, so am in no rush if only to get the current discount, however I would like to know how the upgrade to Keyshot 6 will be handled for the Zbrush version, what grace period if any there is for new purchases, the upgrade price, and of course when im likely to see Keyshot 6? 

Looking at the release dates so far for Keyshot, it seems Keyshot 6 must be very close, am I correct?
