Keyshot Cloud Materials not downloading textures

Hey folks,

I'm experiencing some issues with Keyshot Cloud. Whenever I download materials, no textures are being loaded when I assign it to my model. The thumbnail in the material library shows that it has textures but when I drag and drop it on to the mesh, the material under Project tab does not show any texture maps assigned.

Anyone experiencing this problem?

Can you check and see your permissions on the KeyShot resources folder? Make sure that you have write permissions to the KeyShot texture folder.
