After exporting an animation from ERA (Explode - Rendering - Animate set of tools inside Solid Edge that now interacts wish KS due to my license permissions ) , it works fine inside Keyshot, but when I try to change the Environment, for still rendering images it considers my changes.  But when i try to render an animation (no matter if is a set of frames or a video), my Environment settings (including the HDR file) get back to original.

Anyone else experienced this?

Is this a limitation of Keyshot for Solid Edge, or there's a problem with my files ?

We tracked down the issue. It appears that any type of camera information in Solid Edge is transferred as a viewset rather than a camera. View sets are next step up from cameras as they also save any environment setting.

So what you need to do is go to the Camera tab and select the camera that is being used in the animation. Then make any kind of changes to the camera and environment. You will noticed that the word "(unsaved)" shows up next to the name of the view set. After you are done with all the changes simply click the save icon to save the changes in the view set.

Now your animation will play back as intended.
