Render settings do not work

Dear Keyshot Team,

When activating a render setting first it works fine and results are shown instantly (less than 1s on fast workstation).
After playing around with some of the other render settings (activation and deactivation of  some of the other render settings, but no other changes) it does not work anymore/does not not show any changes when activating/ deactivating it even after waiting for some time...

=> same setting but different results

Can you reproduce this?

KS 5.2.10 pro on windows 8.1

I can't reproduce it but try toggling the "Indirekte Bodenbeleuchtung" on and off, and maybe also rotate the environment a bit to try to refresh the calculation of the ground illumination.

thanks for getting back that fast.
Have already tried toggling the "Indirekte Bodenbeleuchtung" on and off and roating -doesn't help.
Will try to find the exact step order how to reproduce tomorrow.

Ok sounds good. I tried many things and it seemed to work consistently.

Let me know. (Auch auf deutsch, wenn's einfacher ist).
