KeyShot license missing

Hi,

I've changed my cpu from a 6 to 8 core and my KeyShot displays this image attached file
IRONCAD works without a hitch. I've run IC patches and KeyShot installation and didn't resolve it.

It appears that you don't have a valid license for KeyShot 5.

Hi Thomas,

In my IRONCAD license management tool the KeyShot4 for IC2014 and KeyShot5 for IC2015 license is listed. Both KeyShot versions now has missing license. I can see a license file with KS4 but fails to activate KS4 itself, as it says it is a read only file which I have change the attribute already The last thing I did before replacing the CPU was to install SolidEdge Draft. It sounds like an issue with IronCAD licensing. You would need to contact their support to get this resolved, since they are using their own licensing for KeyShot.

Found out that installing SolidEdgeST7 Free 2D Drafting which install the full SolidEdge ST7 64 bit product (2.0 GB file) with functionality trim down for the 2D Drafting caused the problem. The previous version was SEDDraftV105 (371 MB file) that was just a 2D program.
