Searching for a new computer for Rhino modelling and Keyshot rendering

Hi! Like the subject says, I'm looking for a new desk computer (by the moment I only have a portable), I cant afford more than 2k euros (like 2200$ more or less), maybe a littlle less. Here you can see the aproximated prices of computers in Spain:

By the moment, I have made this configuration, but I know its so bad for rendering with Keyshot and modelling with Rhinoceros:

-Intel Core i7 4790K 4,0Ghz

-Asrock Z97 Extreme3

- NVIDIA Quadro K4200 4GB (sé que recomiendan mucho las GeForce y que son caras de narices, pero según estoy leyendo las Quadro están mucho más enfocados al terreno profesional y no tanto al gaming, e insisto, no soy de videojuegos y no me conviene engancharme a ninguno )

-G.Skill TridentX 1600 16GB 2x8 CL7

-Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB Sata3 64MB

-CM Storm Enforcer

-FSP Raider 650W Silver

-LiteOn iHAS124-14 RW-DVD OEM

-Benq BL27 10 PT

The price for it is like 1800 euros, but well, I want to change some components, a EVGA GeForce GTX 980 FTW ACX 2.0 4GB, Intel Core Xeon E5-2620 v3 2.4 Ghz Box, an Intel Core Xeon E5-2620 v3 2.4 Ghz Box and a Asrock Fatal1ty X99 Professional board base, but I think I cant pay many money (I dont have and official price yet, but I think it will be high) and I would like to know more ideas, because I will be working all the holidays for pay it and I dont want to fail, I have to do a very important project with this new computer that can change my life.

What do you thing about Xeon CPU? Is it better than I7? I have chosen it because the nomber of cores, but I'm not pretty sure about the price is really better or it doesnt a good option....
