This looks like a known issues with Dell's backup and recovery utility.  While Dell fixes this issue, you can try the following:

    • Go to your Start menu, click Control Panel > Programs
    • Click Uninstall a Program.
    • When you find the program called "Dell Backup and Recovery" or "AlienRespawn" (on Alienware), right-click it
    • Select to Uninstall.
    • Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove Dell Backup and Recovery.

You can then  restart your computer and id necessary  try to re-install KeyShot.
