specular noise samples that doesn't go away

I'd like to know how to rid off and what is causing the noisy artifacting due to bad samples of my render here attached.
I am using an advanced shader only, and whenever I turn the spec up I get really bad noise samples that doesn't go away no matter how long it takes to render. Turning up the roughness doesn't help either, only makes the spec less making the noise samples look less. I only have an hdr casting ambient light, and use 2 objects in the scene with IES point lights. Regardless of whether gi is turned on, the bad sampling remains.
I am using keyshot 5.1.
