Looks good in general.  Personaly not such a fan of the flakes you got going on on the tissue ... is that in the material or is that due to light going trough the glass ?

May I suggest either use a glass with no handle .. OR else rotate the glass a bit clockwise so that the geometry of the handle becomes visible outside the countours of the glass itself.  I think people will understand quicker what's going on.  Now you've just got wierd distortion of the dices in the glass.
