Transparent Renderings cropping

I am trying to crop my render with transparent background. I have a doubt whether i can crop that out of keyshot without losing transparent background? any other tool is that possible? it is tif file now.

PNG or PSD with Transparency option ticked in the render dialogue box will preserve transparency for you for later editing...
