Do you mean 'Internal Culling' ? - If so it works fine if you read about what it does. Simply put, it will trim and geometry that intrudes into the gem as a result of lazy modelling, it will not reduce any geometry of the gemstone.

Sorry, I can't speak English, the translation software is not good. You can try the "internal" option, you will find it's problem, it becomes a problem. :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Hello Majimin,

I suggest to add some Screenshots of the issue, to avoid translation errors.
If you include as much of the GUI as possible we may be able to see where it belongs(in case its not English).

I could reproduce your issue on my end. Internal culling is in fact not working  as intended in KeyShot 6. :(
