Bad Resolution for Interior Shot

Hello,

I am writing here because I am having some issue with an interior view. A portion of my work is attached down here.

As you can see, despite this has been rendering for 12h, doesn't have a good resolution. I tried even with more time ( 48h ) but the result is very close to this one.

Any thought useful about this problem?

While rendering it to a .png file, if the cursor goes over the global illumination it gives a feedback if your having noise on your rendering un-tick this option. It actually removes the grain in the image.
