Working while render queue is processing

I upgraded to pro because I was under the impression I could render one image in the background while setting up the next, did I get something wrong? The app seems to be locked while processing the queue...

well I'll answer myself after contacting support: No, the queue cant process in the background without network rendering. However you can render a single rendering in the background using the background option in the render window.
