Hi guys,
i got this annoying issue.

I modeled a stroller in rhino and imported it in keyshot for renderings. When i save, close and open again the .bip file some parts are missing (but i can see them still there in the parts list). It's like the missing object are still there but they can't be visualized for reasons i don't understand.

Anyone has the same problem or knows how to fix it?
Thank you

Hello - Are you using scene sets by any chance?

What KeyShot version are you running exactly (e.g. 5.1.2)? Also, are you able to share you scene? If so, please create a KeyShot package file and send it to: support@luxion.com

i think i've found the problem.

there where some errors in some fabrics (which were also the disappearing parts of the model). I rebuilted the solids in Rhino and now it seems to work properly (at least for now).
Thank you anyway for your attention. I'll write back if the issue will show up again. For now I can suggest to anyone with the same problem to search for errors in your imported model (like open edges or "strange surfaces that were supposed to be flat" like in my case).
