Too much reflection on the glass

I have a hourglass in the scene, and there are too much reflections on the glass. I changed Type of glass, but it didn't help.

that looks more refraction than reflection...and refraction from a solid piece of glass rather than geometry with a thickness. How does the model look like in wireframe?

 I solved the problem of the refractions by increasing roughness. Now I have a problem with the sand. I changed the scale of the texture but it remained whirred.
