Cannot resize docked windows

Is it possible to resize the Project and Library windows when they are docked ? At the moment I am unable to do so, but if I remember correctly I was able to do this before. When I hover over edges of a window, the cursor changes to the resize cursor, but I'm unable to "grab" the edge of the window to resize it.

Is the resolution of the real-time window locked?

Yes it was locked. I didn't realize it would prevent the resizing of the windows. Thanks!
