Colour Mapping not working correcyly in KS6

I have tried to import an assembly into KS6.1 and it does import but it is all white, I have mapped all the colours at the part level in solidworks yet it still does the same, I then decided to import some of the individual parts on their own and the colours where showing up, it just seemed to go wrong when I am importing the whole assembly.

I have a demo version of KS5 and imported the same assembly into that and it is fine, Keyshot recognises all the mapped colours.

Any suggestions ?

When importing the assembly, have you checked the Retain Materials box in the KeyShot Import window?
