I have a image made in Keyshot , IGS from Solidworks and I would like to look more realistic , especialy the  milling from headboard.

OK - first thing - you need a ground plane (Menu "Edit" > Add geometry > Ground Plane)
second thing - use an environment with more light from top and less indirect from the ground. Choose an environment that is similar to a room with lights from the ceilling.
Last thing - push the materials to "wow" - that's all
