I like the first but there's a perspective issue with the second, it just doesn't look correct in my eyes - and on the third image above the prancing horse logo there is just a weird aliased black space where the rear brake light should be...

Also, why is the car lowered so much ? the tops of the tires are actually touching the wheel rims

The black seen on top of the logo is because I was looking for a tinted look but it just went black and the problem with the lowering I realised it after I finished the renders with the grey color but I fixed it with first one that you liked much , I appriciate your reply , I'll pay more attention in the future thanks ..
