Allow us to organize the order that objects appear in the hierarchy.

It would be nice if we could drag objects and groups around in the scene hierarchy to change the order that they appear in the list.

Right now, if I want to organize the list, I have to drag one object after the other into the top of the group, and if I ever need to add something into the middle of the group, I'm forced to do the dragging thing again.
